Human capital development in Kazakhstan

In your attention is a white paper on the results of complex scientific and practical research conducted by a group of experts during the 2019-2020 biennium on the theme "Development of human capital in Kazakhstan."

The book is part of a large-scale project that covered a wide range of issues: from the peculiarities of the formation of the country's human, natural, industrial and infrastructural capital, to the formation of formal and informal institutions necessary for high-quality and effective modernization of the economy and society, and the determination of priority areas for the implementation of socio-economic reforms providing entry into the top 30 developed countries.

This book explores the totality of human capital factors, especially the value qualities that determined the state of Kazakhstan's social capital. Initiatives are proposed for the formation of human capital necessary for sustainable growth of welfare and competitiveness of the economy.
