EQUALITY

I was surprised last time that the liberal ideas provoked a completely different reaction in the Kazakh language segment of the Facebook. Now I want to express my opinion on "equality".
Many understand this as "EQUALITY OF RESULTS", that is equality of income and property. You've all seen the diagrams that "1% of the world's population owns 50% of the world's property". Even in everyday life, we can see the Maibach among old Lada automobiles along the road, or "elite" class houses behind the "Soviet Khrushchev" buildings.
Inequality, of course, exists and it is a global issue. The "payment" for all the benefits of our civilization is airplanes, trains, telephones, the Internet, good food, and so on. We forgot how poor humanity was only 100-200 years ago.
Of course, this does not apply to the former Soviet Union. Here the source of wealth is not entrepreneurial talent, but the BUREAUCRACY and ENTREPRENEURS close to it. Money doesn't just come out of the air - it is REDUCTED from the profits made by Western corporations of oil production.
The problem is clear, but is the solution clear? Until today I have heard only one conclusion - COLLECT AND SHARE. Set high taxes and allocate social costs: for large families, the poor families, those in the housing queue, borrowers.
There is a good report "Kazakhstan families". It was determined that the required level of income depends on CURRENT INCOME. It means, if you earn too little money, you dream of 50 thousand tenge, if the salary is average, then your dream is 100-150 thousand. But if you make a lot of money, the income you want is UNLIMITED.
Here is the same. In the struggle for equality, "charity" is NOT AGREED. Those before the "queue" always get what they have, and you are satisfied with the rest. Everyone has to break the queue and stand in front.
Therefore, a term "equality" in developed countries was understood differently from the beginning. When Maximilian Robespierre proclaimed the future motto of the French Revolution in 1790, "Freedom, Equality, Brotherhood" (Liberté, Égalité, Fraternité), he proposed another form of "equality". In short, "everyone is equal BEFORE THE LAW.".
"All citizens are equal before the law, so they have equal access to positions, public services and professions, depending only on their abilities and virtues".
This is not "equality of results", but "EQUALITY OF OPPORTUNITIES". This means that every citizen can do any business and earn a lot of money. It is not a "charity" in the form of state benefits, but a lot of money. Not because of a relative to someone or not because of bribes.
Not for profit with the "new aristocracy", it is necessary to fight for SOURCES OF INCOME. It is pure MARKET COMPETITION and MERITOCRACY. The first is that the law is the same for everyone, regardless of their origin and status in the society.
However, the field of EDUCATION is also important to identify opportunities. Regardless of the origin, every child should receive a quality preschool and school education. The university, the future work depends on himself.
This is what society should demand from the state, not social "charity".
This is what the state should give to society, not giant projects and paternal care.
