KAZAKHS AND LIBERALISM

Let's write in Kazakh language for Kazakh. If it is interesting to some, I have spent a time in right way.
In the Middle Ages, nomadic empires dominated the Eurasian space. Then the situation changed completely; Columbus opened the sea routes, there was an industrial revolution in England. Europe has become a new center. Russia, China (Qin) and the Ottoman Empire were semi-peripheral. And the Kazakhs - the former nomads who lived in the middle of Eurasia - for the next 300 years remained on the PERIPHERY of the world civilization.
All the ideas that have changed the history of humankind have been blocked for us. We consumed secondary products developed in the semi-periphery. This is especially true of IDEOLOGY.
We have no experience of living in another social system. We live by what is happening in Russia and Turkey. Therefore, it is customary to have a big "player" who will control our lives - THE STATE, THE PARTY and THE ARISTOCRACY. They always told us how to live and what to do.

In the last century, we have witnessed the war of three great ideologies - socialism/communism, conservatism/fascism and liberalism.
Under the Soviet rule, we traditionally supported socialism/communism. At that time, the nation was not important. The important thing was the CLASS DIVISION - rich/poor and bourgeois/workers.
In order to eliminate this, both the economy and public life were under the strict control of the bureaucracy.
For this reason, Kazakhs have become a national minority in their own homeland.
Today, many sympathize with conservatism/covert fascism. Here, on the contrary, NATION is important. For the CLASS DIVISION is not important - rich or poor, entrepreneur or worker, it does not matter. The main thing is that you are Kazakh.
To do this, the bureaucracy strictly controls the public life, but gives everyone freedom in the economy.
In fact, there is NO DIFFERENCE between these two ideologies. In both cases, the TEAM is more important than the individual. The wishes of the team are decided by the BUREAUCRACY. The rest must OBEY to these decrees.
Nobody talks about liberalism. They do not know it, and do not understand it.
Moreover, it has changed dramatically over the last 100 years under the pressure of the world's socialists.

But what was LIBERALISM in the beginning?
Do you know that the Anglo-Saxon world and Europe are not the same? For us, all of them are the same kind of "white" rich countries. Liberalism spread in the Anglo-Saxon world - the United States of America, Great Britain, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. All these are far from Kazakh.
But are their VALUES far from us? The idea of liberalism is simple; it means that everyone has the right to LIFE, FREEDOM and PRIVATE PROPERTY.
1) EVERYONE. Whether you are rich, poor, Kazakh or not Kazakh, arghyn, shapyrashty, placeman, worker - that includes everything. From the birth.
2) THE RIGHT TO LIFE. Do we fully understand it? No one has the right to take someone’s life or injure anyone. The reasons do not matter - such as "looked wrong", "said wrong", "blood on blood", "not on the concepts".
3) THE RIGHT TO FREEDOM. No one can tell you how to live or what to do. Which higher powers to believe in, where to go, where to work, whom to marry, what language to speak. No one will insult you for it. Do you remember the Soviet era?
4) PRIVATE PROPERTY RIGHTS. It's not just your house or car. It's your success, made by your own hands, your own head or your own talent. No one can take it away from you. Not anyone can take it away from you in the form of taxes, fines, licenses. Everything you create and earn is yours.
However, you have NO RIGHT to encroach on the life, liberty and property of others. Of course, you can agree with other people, but without coercion.
If you want to believe in one God, believe. If you want to build a mosque - agree and build. If you want to speak Kazakh and listen to Kairat Nurtas - speak and listen.
But if someone else does not go to the mosque, speaks Russian and listens to Skriptonit, it is his right.
You can't ask other people to help you. They don't have to share their income or property with you - even if you are poor, have many children or live in a poor area.
Neither socialism nor nationalists invented these simple rights. They were invented by the liberalism.
The main role of the STATE in the context of liberalism is the STRICT OBSERVANCE of these rights.
This is a fair JUDICIAL system, effective POLICE and ANTI-MONOPOLY service.
These are SMALL TAXES and limited rules.
Bureaucracy does not manage the economy, does not accumulate funds, so there is LESS CORRUPTION - there is nothing to steal.

"KAZAKH" originally meant "FREE MAN". The word "LIBERALIS" means "FREE" in Latin language.
How do you think, if Kazakhs knew what liberalism was, would they become liberals?
