We are excited to share the good news: CRC has been included in the 2020 Global Go To Think Tank Index by Research Institutes in the Social Policy Think Tanks category! Notably, CRC is the only think tank from Kazakhstan represented in this category.

The Think Tanks and Civil Societies Program at the University of Pennsylvania (USA) explores the evolving role and nature of public policy research organizations around the world. Since 2007, the Global Go to Think Tank Index has been developed through a three-stage survey of over 1,900 think tanks, experts from print and electronic media, academia, public and private donor organizations, and governments.
In the first phase, the nomination notice is sent worldwide, and more than 7,500 think tanks and 8,500 experts from various fields get the opportunity to nominate think tanks for a position in the ranking. In the second stage, think tanks with 15 or more nominations are collected in an electronic questionnaire, which is sent for evaluation to think tanks, journalists and other experts who have agreed to participate. The tanks that qualify to the final stage are selected through the questionnaire, which is then transferred to the panel of experts, who make the final decision. It should be noted that for each category of the rating, experts from different regions and a suitable type of activity are provided.
